I’ve been on Scram ankle monitor for about 10 months. I’ve been very satisfied with the customer service I’ve received. I always call the Hq office in Dallas, and they’ve always helped me. RHC being the 3rd party, they are courteous and will work with you on payment extensions, reminders to download, making maintenance arrangements that fit my work schedule. It’s unfortunate I’m an RHC consumer, they made this stress free. Plus the unit only detects if you’ve consumed alcohol, not if your around perfume or a nail saloon. I’ve also had a positive experience at the Austin location when I was setting up. They lady who helped me was understanding and helped me in a great way.
